Reporting is just SQL against your own database, rendered with Metabase or Tremor. Headcount, attrition, comp ratios, leave liability and DE&I cuts all live in the same warehouse, refresh whenever you choose, and drill down to the individual employee row. Multi-currency, multi-entity and arbitrary boolean filters are first-class — and adding a new dashboard is a pull request, not a contract renegotiation.
