What about our existing conversations and rules?+

We migrate them via the Front API — conversations, comments, tags, contacts, rules and templates — into your new Postgres schema. Historical search keeps working, and we can keep Front read-only for 90 days as a fallback while your team gets comfortable.

Can we keep our existing email addresses and channels?+

Yes. Your support@, sales@ and ops@ addresses keep working — we ingest via Gmail API or Microsoft Graph (or IMAP/SMTP as a fallback) and route replies through the same domain, so customers never see a mailbox change.

How long does the rebuild take?+

Typically 8-12 weeks: 2 weeks discovery and rules audit, 5-7 weeks building the shared inbox, rules engine, comments and SLA reporting, then 2-3 weeks of parallel-run with Front before cutover.
