What about our existing sequences, prospects and activity history?+

We migrate via the Outreach API — sequences, steps, prospects, accounts, mailings, calls, tasks and templates — into your new Postgres schema. Historical reporting keeps working, and we can keep Outreach read-only for 90 days as a fallback while reps adjust.

Can we keep our Salesforce setup as-is?+

Yes. Salesforce stays the system of record. We replace the Outreach plugin with a single bidirectional sync worker, mapped field-by-field in code, with a dashboard showing exactly which records failed validation and why — instead of a black-box sync that pauses for 24 hours when you hit an API budget.

How long does the rebuild take?+
