Scorecards are typed React forms saved to Postgres, with interviewers prompted via Slack and Microsoft Teams as soon as a calendar event ends. Rubrics live in your repo as JSON, diffable in PRs, and aggregate scoring is a Metabase question — not a feature locked behind Plus.
